Silver SR5 with 2.7 liter 5-speed stick

Bed-Buddy motorcycle tie-down bar installed in headwall.

Does anyone have the factory short throw shifter in their 2.7 liter 5-speed? I'm looking for feedback on the difficulty of the install and how it performs vs. the stock shifter. Any comments would be appreciated.
