    back to bone stock.
    i've seen pictures of the feral cattle. they look just like a brown and white cattle, out on the range.

    my buddy hunts them with a 30.30. he has been charged. he says they are way back there. when they do kill one, they have to hurry and take out the choice meat, and hike back out to the truck ASAP. the heat spoils the meat rapidly. never been, but i want to.

    hawaii sounds fun to the outdoorsman. peacock bass, random hooved creatures..cool.

    Awesome shot man. You can take any kinda wild meat and treat it like fish to remove that strong taste. Just soak it in salt water for about 2 days. Keep it in the fridge and change the water about twice a day. Just done use to much salt.

    We cook young goats on a spit. Low heat real slow. They come out suprisingly good. Better than I thought i guess. Loads of garlic can do wonders. ;)

    i soak my shark meat and some duck meat in milk... seems to help... mostly takes the muddy taste out i think.....
