It does, but the front end is just MASSIVE on those trucks. Maybe if it didn’t stretch all the way to ground it wouldn’t be so bad.

You forgot to properly enclose the word "truck" in quotes.

    "Truck".

    FTFY!

My same experience. Plus I wanted the off-road electronics. I recently added Katzkins...better than the factory leather and my 3 year old truck smells new again.

Did you have them professionally installed or DIY? That’s good to hear in the quality, I’ll have to take a look.

Half and half. I have never worked with upholstery before so I cut my teeth on the back seats then started on the front passenger seat. After half a day of futzing with it and not getting it to be wrinkle free I called a local shop. They charged $250 for just the front. Not too bad.

I finally bought a tacoma because for 35 yrs I've started at them thinking how amazing they look. Never once did I stare down a GMC .unless maybe it was a typhoon.

I have a 2018 Sport with leather and the tech package. Not much of a difference between mine and a limited accept for the proximity sensors and no chrome.

Black is the complete absence of color, you would need exactly zero understanding of colors, design or aesthetics to Paint It Black.

There's always Vantablack (absorbs all but 0.035 per cent of visual light)...

I was strolling through this lil' thread here mostly for the smart ass comments. When I looked at this photo I honestly thought it was a phoposhopped joke. No they really did that.

I have a 2nd gen and kind of see where you are coming from. I liked the color matched bumpers, mirrors, and fender flares and I also wanted a manual with tan interior. I did some research and ordered a black SR since it came with black wheels and smoked headlights as well. I took the opposite approach you did, I ended up adding things to the truck, I added the intermittent wipers, backup cam, homelink mirror - my truck was pre wired for all of these so it was super easy. I also had heated katzkins installed. So in the end I got what I wanted. Not sure of the package differences on the 3rd gens or if what I did would be possible with them.

If I was gonna do it over, I’d just spend the money and grab one a Raptor instead.

I disagree, I think a chromed out AK would be on the top of my list if I was that in to it.

Just derp the shit out of your limited. All the kids are doing it these days.
