    I dunno. I used to operate that way and got divorced.

    Though I had a client recently come in to where I work. I sell high end hot tubs. Guy's wife straight up tells him, "You deserve it. You should buy the one you want." She told him this a handful of times. They dropped like $12k. I was like, "Wait... does she have a single sister?" lol

    So the deal works like this.

    You ask to see invoice price, confirm vin number.

    Offer invoice + whatever tax, tag and title is, minus whatever rebate may be available.
