My only real worry is the tranny anything else I should think about before buying? Is it not worth the risk of a bad tranny?. All advice helps thanks guys.

Getting a new engine at only 140k would make me wonder how it's been maintained through its life, unless I knew exactly why it was swapped (freak mishap or damage somehow unrelated to a crash or maintenance).

He did a compression test and found out he had two bad head gaskets so instead of just replacing the top he replaced the whole motor.

How does the rest of the truck look and check out? Price should be adjusted for the miles. Know a trusted mechanic to check it out?
