Should I buy a Brake Controller for Ocassional Towing?

    Yes, they would be 4 pair, 8 total pieces (5 and 10 if the reese happened to use the illumination circuit which I doubt on a $40 controller).

    If you can find a 4 wire connector that would definitely make for a cleaner looking install, and easier connecting or disconnecting.

    Glad you decided to go with the controller it really is cheap insurance. If you run into any snags wiring it up, feel free to shoot me a PM or an e-mail and I'll help you through it. Though we'll be away camping next Friday through Monday, and I don't know if there is WIFI at the campground, so it might take me a bit to get back to you.
