That sounds like a pretty good price for a 2020.

Do it. I paid $39k for my loaded OR. If I could have found a 2020pro for $41 I would have done that.

I would take that 2020 MT Pro - great price. I have a 2018 Pro AT - all stock and it has been great.

Excellent deal. If the MT is what you desire, take that deal!

If you plan on modifying the truck at all. Get a TRD OR. You get the traction aids and lockers, no valence, etc... But aren't paying for suspension you will take off.

The pro is largely aesthetics, 1 inch higher and slightly better suspension... You're paying for the interior and red fox shox... IMO.

I agree, if you are going to change out the suspension, don't pay the additional cost. If you are going to leave it stock, I think it is a great truck...

The off road can come equipped with the same crap as the pro.
Leather, heated seats, roof and so on.
The pro is great of you like the exterior upgrades. Things like the fog lights, the skid plate, the rims And the hood scoop.
I got the loaded up off road. Leather, roof, heated seats and all.
But now the main thing is if you resell often then get the pro. Holds value better.

Yes, the Pro’s outstanding resale value is a great selling point. Toyota supposedly only manufactured 5k Pro’s last year out of roughly 250k Tacoma’s sold in 2019.

The pro is great but with the same engine and power train as the off road I couldn’t justify the 6k price increase. If it had a V8 or a supercharger then sure. But sadly it doesn’t...
