I have a 2020 toyota tacoma trd-off road and I am looking into the OME 2.5-3 inch lift kit Heavy load from mudify (link below), I am just wanting this but if anyone as any other recommendations or experience I will take it. I am also thinking about buying OME UCAs from the same site which comes around 2.5K so if anyone has any other recommendations around that I will be glad to hear it. I do not offroad a lot but plan to do more and drive a lot too.

(I want to be able to fit 33+ inch tires but also have high quality suspension)

You can fit 33" tires no matter what suspension you have...including stock.

    Some suggestions:

Have them assemble the front coilovers. They are a BITCH to do yourself. The rental spring compressors have a hard time. I've broke a hydraulic compressor from JEGS as well trying to put the Westcott collar on as well. Had to go to Firestone to have them assemble and it was a pain in the butt and more money than they are charging to send them assembled.

    Diff drops aren't necessary.

The heavy load will ride very rough if the truck is ever empty.

Look into Dobinsons and Ironman as competitors. The price will be about the same and are better quality in my opinion. I run the Foam Cell Pro from Ironman and have ran the IMS from Dobinsons.

Then why did you ask and not wait for replies. You do a lot of driving and little off-road. . . . . . Your probably going to hate it after the cool factor wears off. Could go half the lift, add 33's and you will enjoy the ride much more. You won't enjoy what all this does to your MPG though.:D

This is a good point. Depending on your geographical location, plan on getting 12-15 mpg tops.

I think 33's are the sweet spot for Tacomas (285's NOT 33 x 12.5). The 285's come in just under a True 33, and a 3" lift is not so aggressive that you will run into too many issues if done correctly. I generally recommend not cutting corners with a lift or you will regret it.
I think the Bilsteins and even the Fox shocks that come on the Pro models are not that great for anything other than the road, and even then are just meh.
I just installed an Icon Stage 9, and it rides like a dream........However that lift is insanely overkill for most use cases, but I can highly recommend it if you want to run 33's with no issue. Buy once Cry once

OME is a good setup and I think you will enjoy it.

Be on the watch to see if you need axle shims, too. Measure and/or take a pic of your stock angles and compare with the angles after the lift. My truck was VERY unhappy with the zig zags in the driveline. I lost roughly almost 4 mpg and gained lots of vibes. 3 degree shims got my MPGs back to normal (and no more vibes).

But 4 E rated 285s later, I gave back the 4 MPG lol.

FWIW I’ve got medium OME front springs (2” lift), nitro charger soft valved shocks, and medium dobinsons leafs (dakars tend to squeak) and no sway bar. Running 33x10 tires.

I absolutely love how the truck rides and looks.

I’ve had to get 3 degree shims for rear axle to get rid of minor vibes when decelerating.
