    Actually most times aftermarket things like a lift kit takes away from resale value. Having worked at a dealership before you should never buy a used pre-owned vehicle from a dealership. The reason they mark used up so high is because the bank does not own them but the actual dealership does instead of a new one were the bank owns it and that is the reason they will drop the price of new vehicles versus a preowned
