Yes. This from a guy who had a black Ford Ranger with a red topper for a couple years. BUT, it did match the FX4 decal on the side.

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
I kind of like a black topper on another color truck. Makes it look more like a truck and less like an SUV. I'd save tour cash and spend it on something else. And it will be much easier to sell a black topper later on if you want to part with it.

It doesn't look too bad but it all depends if you can live with it.

Some color combo's wouldn't look right, I could live with that as is.

Color match almost always looks best, but I've seen some black or silver two tones that look good when tied in with something else,i.e., graphics, wheels, bumpers.

Tough call, but I think I'd get it painted. But the back doesn't look terrible.

Yea yours isn't that noticeable. I would most likely do it myself. Especially since all my windows are bolt in and not glued on it'll be pretty easy to remove everything, prep and paint it, and then put it all back together. So it looks like I'll be painting it. So onto the next question. Where can i find factory paint that's in a bigger can than 8 oz? Or should I just order a 6 pack of 8 oz cans for $50 and go to town? I don't even know if that would be enough though.

Actually I think you're right. I found 1e7 quickly one day on Google but now actually digging it does look like 1d6. Great find!
