    You do that in bear country the bear will take the tire off the rim...

    Bad news to add sugar around anyplace that has any wildlife.

    Urine has a florescent glow under a blacklight if you can find one. That's one way to tell.

    I was referencing the lawn issue a previous poster had. I highly doubt sugar will do anything to a tire/rim other than make a bigger mess or cause other problems.

    Conclusion. It rained and whatever it was washed away when I drove it. Probably was dog piss. Thanks for all the replies!
