    First Name:
    Phoenix Arizona
    Firestone Airbags ARE Camper Shell
    Here's the scoop,

I have '05 Reg Cab 4X4 "bone" stock 5 Spd. I have 35K on it. Trucks been babied since new as I just bought it from my brother.
This is my daily driver and 99% on road. When I do go off road its on Forest Service roads.OCCASIONALLY I must get through rough spots were Im sure the suspension will be Max'ed out because of water ruts mud & wash outs on the road ETC.

I drive slow when I off road as to not beat on the truck
( yeah.... Im no fun! )
But,as with most I just dont have alot of cash.I recently came down with Kidney Cancer and Im on Chemo so I got a reason to be cheap and tons of bills.

I have Firestone air bags on the rear because I have a steel campershell on the truck and I carry 500 pounds of cargo every day, Then I occasionally tow my pop up camper with a flipped axle and a 4" sub frame of additional lift.( nice and high) when I go camping.

    Tires Im running are 265/70R16's
I want to upgrade the shocks with the Billy 5100's so I can level out the front up to 2 inches.
    This truck is a non-TRD

Should I keep the stock coil springs when I put the Billys on it?
Are stock springs Linear or Progressive?
What do "light" off roaders prefer in coil springs?
If this has been talked out, steer me to the info as Im new here.

    Great site people!
