Steroids don't just magically turn you into that..... It takes a shit ton of work.

And HGH and EPO. Most people don’t realize Armstrong won the World Road Race Championships (rode away from the pack solo in the rain) at age 21.

    Doped to the gills.

Agree to a point. Naturally, bodybuilding is like 50% your diet and 50% actual lifting. Steroids make you look big with little work. Another thing , on roids you look big but weak as fuck. Same size, naturally built guys are way stronger.

Ive been going to gym and doing sports since high school so i know a thing or two.

    Happy friday everyone

Bodybuilding is a biiiiit more dependent on diet than that. I don't know how many IFBB pros are getting there with "little work" or are "weak as fuck". Watch a lot of these guys' training videos on YouTube or IG and they are training with weights very few people can touch. Just because they aren't training for a 1RM doesn't mean they aren't strong. These guys aren't pumping away with 20lb dumbbells and 225lb squats. And I don't know of ANY natural guys who are the same size as pro or even top amateur bodybuilders.

People really underestimate the prevalence of PEDs in sports, or even your local gyms.

PEDs are very common yes. I was talking more about regular gym dudes, that take roids and act like they can lift the world.

But naturally is better way to go IMO.

I thought the roids just basically slashed the recovery phase? Used to know of a guy who took them all the time. He lived in the gym. There's no easy way to get yuge, just some corners you can cut if you don't care about your heart or nuts.

If you are a regular dude and not a professional body builder, roids are just easier way to look big, and like you said its not the best thing for your body.

The biggest problem is, once you stop the cycle on roids you get weaker. If you do it naturally it stays with you for a long time.

It takes years to build muscle naturally tho, the only shitty part.
