I contacted AutoAnything as my CoverKing seatcovers are starting to pull apart at the seams in a few spots after 6 months of use. I haven't had great communications experience with AutoAnything as I was on hold for 20 minutes to talk to someone and then another 20 minutes on hold to talk to another rep. When I was told to send an email and pictures, it has taken them 10 days to respond to the email. Now they send me the below email. I am wary about sending in my seatcovers and how long it might take to review as they will then have to deal with CoverKing, plus it sounds like they won't pay return shipping. Has anyone ever had a good experience with AutoAnything in returning a product or with communications with them? I bought some floormats from them and they were fine, but seems like their customer service is really lacking. I'm almost thinking of sucking it up and not dealing it. I have 2 kids and do a lot of outdoor activities, so being without the seatcovers for a few weeks even risks a spill or stain.

    Email I got from AutoAnything:

Try contacting Coverking directly and skip the middleman. Looks like Autoanything is giving you canned answers and adding to the delay. Seam separation, esp so soon after purchase, should be easily a warranty condition (compare to, say, color fading after a year). You may be able to negotiate a quick turnaround with Coverking.

Alternatively you can find a local upholstery shop to stitch it back up at your expense.
