    Get the 2011 frame replaced and sell it. Get the 2020 and be prepared to get a letter about a rusted frame in 8-10 years.

    Are you asking if you should get a 2020 truck that you already ordered or stick with a 2011 truck that has an issue with the frame?

    There is a lot more information here that is missing, OP, and until proven otherwise I'm going to assume you ordered this truck thinking you would get X amount for your trade-in but not having an official offer, then got hosed when they inspected the truck with frame damage that you were hoping wouldn't get noticed and now you're not so sure about your financial decision making prowess.
