I am going to college and bought my first Tacoma. It is pretty fixed up ( suspension lift 33's custom rims- sound system headers exhaust cai) too much to name. But it does have 125000 on it. going into college I will probably have it the rest of my life if not a long time and am kind of having that "this wasn't my project" feeling. It is chrome and speedway blue. But For some reason I like the blacked out look with black rims etc. What do you all think.

I am going to be going to college this fall. I would never sell or trade my tacoma unless I was absolutely broke!

Keep it until it dies. No need for a college student to be wasting money on a new truck

How long ago did you purchase it? How many miles did it have before you completed the transaction?

I just purchased it about two months ago. Still really like it. I just have issues explaining to people that I just purchased a vehicle with 124k on it just for the performance stuff. Its definately the nicest Tacoma in town. I just think It'd be better to have a low mileage one and add all the performance parts to it. It will last longer and become more sentimental .

Here's my .02..........a Tacoma with 125K on the clock is barely broken in. Now if it was another POS make I would say " trade it" . But seriously, why waste the money on another Tacoma ?
