even the mileage diference wouldnt be worth it? Also my truck has some dents and one big scratch and has one pretty good size dent. its not perfect but still looks great. Also what kinda gas mileage would i expect with that truck with te 2.7 motor?

You didn't say how many miles you had on your truck, but that 00 tacoma doesn't have 4wd or a decent lift. ;)

It's got the 2.7L, but it's pushing what, 33's? You'll probably actually see pretty shitty mileage with those tires on that truck, anywhere between 15 to 20, depends on how you drive it.

Yeah.. Stacking lifts isn't a good idea, and BLs aren't the best option.

His truck is not a Z71 off-road so I'm thinking it's 2wd also. OP update us with more info.

You didn't say how many miles your Z71 has.

With a 3" lift and 33" tires, my 2.7l gets between 21 and 25 MPG mixed driving.

I stand corrected. Mileage is that good with no regear? I guess it is 2wd...

If your driving under 100 miles a week, I wouldn't concern myself with mpgs.

My bad. I used to drive a Sierra for work that was 2wd and had a Z71 package so I assumed GM always had that option.

It seems to me that you really want to trade, and it's your deal my friend. As for me, i would be kicking myself if i made that trade, the first time i needed 4WD.
