    On Monday I noticed one of my Yota X LED bedlights had gotten some condensation/water in it. I sent an email with a photo asking if I should maybe drill a small drain hole in it (like I have with leaky headlights in the past), or if it should be replaced. They replied within minutes that they are sending a new set out to me that day. I received them yesterday. Awesome, quick response. I see a fair amount of complaints when things don't go right with vendors (justifiably so), so I thought I'd give a shout out for great service...

    People complain first then maybe contact the manufacturer. I wonder what would happen to those people if their co-workers responded to their mistakes the same way...
