I kinda wonder if that reviewer didn't spin out on them (maybe he says as much...I didn't read it, I admit it :) ). Plastic wont take too much of a spin before it starts to melt, I wouldn't think. Just a thought

Has anyone mounted them on a warrior products roof rack? I have a couple of ideas, one of them involves drilling. Which I don’t really want to do

Do you have any rattling while using only two mounting points ? I'm thinking of building the same set up on my truck but just curious about the gap between the bottom maxtrax and the bed.

They don’t. But 1/4” carriage bolts do.

Can anyone with the Maxtrax pins confirm if a 1/4" shackle will fit through the lock hole? I'm about to order a dozen keyed-alike Abus locks for various things but I'm still waiting on the pins which are on national backorder...

y'all just need to be willing to drill some holes in those things. Makes you life a lot easier in terms of mounting options.

Thanks! Good to know those are a thing. I ended up using 1/4" carriage bolts and tackling it from the other side. They slide right into the grooves/ tracks. I think this was actually a better way to go for mounting traction boards.
