Find a 2nd gen at your favorite parts yard and it will have one.

Now that more and more 3rd gen owners are looking for them the completion for them is real. If you know any body shop people put a buzz in their ear about it so they can grab one for you off of a totaled car. Try to get the full size bed liner box too so that you can add it to the other side for strap storage.

Not think so, but I’ve used zip ties for my OEM rack. It just sucks if you use them often.

Get the heavy duty ones, they are plenty strong. I've driven 70mph+ with them zip tied to my rack and no problems. On the trail I'll just use two (opposing corners).

X-Bull recovery tracks came in today. Whipped up a mount which seems to work great.

Ok guys. What's the best way to mount these (with a lock or something, cuz Vegas thieves suck) to mount some Trax to my prinsu rack?? Without buying the expensive one Maxtrax sells, cuz no.

I actually have some mountain-bike mounts on my front bed rail that fit the handles perfectly. It might scuff up the boards, but I don't care. If it fits I'll post pics.

This works pretty well for me, don't carry them unless I plan to head out solo.

Mounted mine today. Good ole 3/8” bolt through the bed rack. Locked in with a cable through the bed tie down ring. Not sure about the red color of the boards now, might switch to black....thoughts?

The red looks fine. Matches red in TRD-PRO logo and front springs. I would choose color that provides greatest visibility when retrieving after use.

That's a clean install. I have tonneau cover so I just toss mine in the back.
