    Im getting a 2 inch lift on my 98 taco next week and Im just wanting to see some pics of what it will look like.

    Nice looking truck wish i had an ext cab but I am happy with my reg.

    I am also debating on painting my wheels just like yours was i much work involved in doing it?

    it was really easy and well worth it imo. just scrubbed them down with SOS pads(although regular steel wool will work too) let them dry and painted away

    i used krylon flat black. it has some sort of new spray nosel on it that is directional. so you can spray either horizontal or vertical

    i went with bilstein 5100 shocks on all 4. front struts set at the 2.5 inch setting. and a rear toytec 2 inch AAL

    cool I'm going with a 2'' ready lift...its the most affordable thing at the moment but i plan on building it much bigger when i find the money.

    really? if i were you i would save up so you could get the bilsteins and the AAL. buts thats just me

    save your money and do it right the first time.

    And anyways, bilstein 5100's from Downsouth motorsrports are $170, TW discount, and free shipping.

    And an Add-a-leaf from toytec is $40-$80 depending on which one you pick.

    Thats only a few bucks more than that POS ready lift kit.

    Spacers suck, and blocks make your leaf packs wear out faster. Your truck will also ride like shit.

    Is that the original paint job? And what type of wheel paint did you use? Doesn't look like its chipping up or anything.

    the owner before me had it repainted the same color. its probably the shittyest paint job ever. clear coat is peeling, over spray in random places, etc. but wth i like it lol. from a distance it looks good.
    as for the wheels i just used some krylon spray paint. its held up great. only a few chips
