Show me where you have your Fire Extinguishers.

Since I have small kids I didn't want them kicking it when they get in and out of the truck so the pillar/floor mount for me was out of the question. I had although thought of putting it in the bed (or one the side bed compartment) but the outsides of the extinguishers say not to exceed something like 150degrees or something like that. I thought sitting out in the sun all day long could cause problems. (although I see people that have them mounted that way)

Ultimately I put it behind my passenger rear seat. Yeah some good in a real emergency but heck.. if the truck burns up then the insurance company can total it and I get a new truck. .. any other emergency and I'll have plenty of time to reach back there and get it.
