    Removed my stock 2000 grill last week to plastidip the black portion and cover up some sun fading. "Reattached" it with the aftermarket clips sold on Amazon and took it for a mellow offroad drive. About 45 minutes down a washboard road and I heard a CRUNCH. Stopped to inspect and found that the bugger had fallen off and done got run over! Fortunately not broken too badly, so I went ahead and ziptied it back on. Moral of the story: sometimes it's best to just leave sh*t as it is -- that, or do a better job that I do of putting things back together!
