Doesn't someone make a soft top with windows? I feel like I've seen it on Instagram.

I am currently contemplating a purchase for a SnugTop Rebel with Sportsman package (Reinforced roof up to 500LB), Sportsman side windows (Flip up and slide), Flip down and Slide front window, Pro Lock, Led Light strip, and rail tracks for 2800 out the door.

I will likely mount a rooftop tent, but I am concerned about weight.
The vehicle is a daily driver, and I really want to be able to secure things in the bed, while hiking and leaving the vehicle unattended during camping trips.

How difficult was the pop and lock install on your cap? I like the ability to just use the OEM key fob instead of the extra one Leer sells.

That stance looks great! Not to derail the thread, but mind if I ask what lift and tires you went with? I like the fact that you stayed with the stock wheels.

    Edit: NVM, found it...OME BP-51 kit w/285's.

    Beautiful set up.

How much do those soft ones run?

    Didn't wanna say it hahahah.

I'm on the fence, had a topper on my 13 SB, not sure if I'll get the use out of it on my LB. Only had it cause it came with the truck..

Besttop does. I see a lot more softtoppers on here than besttop though, and after checking them out at their shop here in Colorado I got one.

It's on their website. I say that because I imagine the pricing changes depending on shipping, etc. I believe I paid around $700 for short bed.

That's fair enough. Seems like a nice camper-esque option for a space friendly top.

The place that installed it just tapped into the wire that's already ran to my tail gate for the pop and lock. It's a separate actuator in the topper window but it tappes into the same source as the tail gate.

What's the deal with running a RTT on a topper? I've seen some guys get the reinforced toppers if they are holding a tent but is that necessary?

I'm pretty sure it is necessary as most toppers I think are only rated for 200lbs. The industrial re enforced ones like the 100rcc are rated for much more

A lot of people run rtt without additional reinforcement, but I was not comfortable with that. If you go with a rtt and you are not reinforced, you will want to make sure that your unit comes with a ladder, that dispurses a lot of the weight. You will also want to make sure that you run a system with multiple crossbars, like a prinsu, to make sure that the weight is distributed across multiple points
