    the OEM piece is not attached by a zip tie haha. At least mines wasn’t.

    The OEM piece is definitely attached with a zip tie, for AT and MT. Did you buy your truck used?

    I will post it in my shop either tonight or tomorrow, just need to find a few minutes.

    The zip tie is on the inside like this, not visible from the outside. I've been selling these products for 2 years and this is the first I've heard any different.

    2nd Gens are held in with thread, same concept but a little different.

    3rd Gen. I only mentioned the 2nd Gen because this product was originally developed for the 2nd Gen. I just drew up the 3rd Gen pc this morning.

    It probably doesn't matter either way, but the 2nd Gen OEM collar is a smaller diameter (by about 1/8"). I created two versions to get the best fitment possible.

    I used two pieces of safety wire instead of the zip ties. It was much easier to get tight. Either way it looks OEM when done.
