Picked up a Leer 180 on my trip to NJ/PA/MD last month. It is the wrong color but I have been searching for a mid rise cap to fit my bikes and this was WAY cheaper than buying from a dealer. Now I have to decide if I am going to color match it or use that money for other mods/upgrades.

Purchased a new Bedrug and installed last night. Super easy install and did it almost completely blind as it was very dark out and I only had my crappy leer shell light. I definitely need to install some better lights back there. I left my forward cubbies covered as I don't use them, but I did make holes for those front tie downs as I use them all the time and didn't want to lose them.

Ordered the DAC Full Size Truck Tent; can't wait to get this thing in and try it out:

I kinda like the mismatch in color. Certain colors mixed together look terrible but that's not bad looking at all IMO

Thanks Shwaa, nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be but still bothers me a little... I think the lift might be more important at this point, but then I'll need a ladder for the GF to get into the bed and Nfab steps for the side :)

So I finally got my Snug Top....it's certainly not water tight where the flip up locks down....anyone have any suggestions on how to improve that?

For those that are running Yakima racks on their shells, what length crossbars do you guys have?

I just ordered myself an ARE MX Series, Outdoorsman Package (vented windoors), Carpet Interior, Fold Down Sliding Front Window, Clothes rod, Yakima rails, towers, and 58" crossbars. It'll take about a month to get to the dealer in Vancouver, BC.

Canadian Dollar is in the shits right now too. Prices went up quite a bit from when I priced it out a few months ago. But I'm still pretty happy with what I paid.

I built a electric winch system to lift my shell off the bed up to the ceiling in my garage. If anyone is interested I will post some pics and specs.

Picked this up last week for $500. The color was my first choice but couldn't pass up the savings and I kinda like it looking cheaper so just maybe won't be a target for theftimage.jpg

So I price shopped truck caps for my '15 Taco when I bought it. I was told that SnugTop builds their caps so they are molded to fit the front to prevent this where as others don't seal the front well.

Anyone here actually have a SnugTop on their Tacoma that can verify the front doesn't leak?

Glare annoyed me at first, then a little adjusting and came out nice.
