Are you still happy you went with Front Runner racks instead of Prinsu... I'm also between those two

How much would you guys be willing to pay for a 4 year old snugtop with a Thule roof rack that is color matched to your silver long bed tacoma? There is a truck for sale with it and he said that if I offered him a decent price for just the shell, it was mine. Great condition and it was originally 1800 4 years ago.

    Thanks in advance for advice!

Where'd you find the rails you have bolted to the roof of your shell at? I want to eventually run a RTT on my shell and am considering different mounting options as I don't currently have any racks or bars installed.

Better pics of the 100XR. I'm very happy with it overall, except the height of the door opening. It leaks a little in that lower corner of the side window. I noticed in owners manual they say factory installed Thule rails & rack limit 150 lbs. That's pretty much cover themeselves! Love my power locks, the LED light (despite parking lights needing to be on), clothes hangar rack, headliner, and haven't tried the fold down window yet.

Love it so far! Picked up the camper used for $450 and paint cost $500, so $950 into it... Not a super great deal but much cheaper than buying new! And I was tired of scouring CL daily for a black one to pop up!

The only thing I was a little bummed about, the paint shop didn't quite live up to my expectations... Not a very professionally run shop, but they sure tried to charge professional prices haha!

There are some imperfections in the paint, couple of solvent bubbles here and there... Mostly nitpicky stuff, but I was hoping for a perfect job after the run around the shop gave me. Overall it looks pretty good though.

The only other thing I would've liked would have been the sliding/fold down front glass. I drove 2 hours to pick the topper up and never thought to ask if it had it. I thought it was standard with the Z series. May add it later down the road.

Added an oem bed mat for the dogs and I have Yakima tracks and my old towers and crossbars to add when I get a chance.

What exactly do you benefit from the front glass slider?

I mainly got my camper to:
Carry my kayak/canoe on my rack
    Dry storage
    Carry the dogs

Having the front glass drop down or slide open would just allow better airflow for the pooches.

And on my 1st gen, I've carried some longer lumber/pipes/etc by putting them on the tailgate and sliding them through the drop down camper front glass, then through the rear slider window into the cab, and resting the ends on the dash... Keeps me from having an extra 6-7 ft hanging out of the bed.
