After selling my old bed setup and some other items to help offset the cost, mine cost about $1200-$1400.

My shell was $2200 OTD which included a Thule rack, drop down sliding cab access window and a carpeted headliner.

Does anyone have more of a tool-oriented cap for more of a work truck? Like the ARE ToolMaster series?
I scrolled through the 184 pages some but didn't see any..

Thanks, yes those are the tires that I am running. Sadly they haven't seen any dirt yet but I will fix that in 2 weeks.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did that run you? Mine is color matched but scratched a lot. I have a lot of textured black on my truck so I think Linex would look killer.

Topper and Shell are pretty interchangeable but I guess you could include softoppers in the category "toppers." Shells are the hard fiberglass shells you see here.

And I like softopper better than bestop.

    1) same thing....
    2) Unless you carry large tall objects in your truck regularly or are looking for a budget option then i would wait for the shells to come out for the 2016. They are more secure and you can mount a rack or base bars to the top of a shell. Just my 0.02. If i went with a soft top it would definitely be softopper though.

It's got plenty of room inside for stuff even with the tool box, and it has a heavy duty rack.

Its perfect for my needs. It's got excellent security, peivacy, and strength. It hurt mpg slightly as I got a slightly taller then cab cap. I want to try to make a roof rack fairing work for it.
