that looks real good and very practical too. Never seen anything like that. I'd sure love to see pics of the inside and what the hooks on the outside do or whatever other uses it has........

x2! It almost looks like the top opens like a pop-up camper.... More details or at least a make/model would be great!

    Just the basics
That is exactly what it does. Unclip, hook on a big crank bar on the side and then throw it over the cab and hood. A tent automatically deploys. I just got back from the Inyo range and it worked great. Slept so good on the mattress. You can stand up inside to change clothes or whatever. It looks a bit big and odd but it is great. Here's one guys build who inspired me:

Yeah, and my Bestop isn't that great in cold weather. I shattered the back window once on a really cold morning. Not to mention I can't lock it. But it was a fraction of the price of any hard shell.

Ok guys, i'm needing a little help deciding on a topper. I've been quoted the A.R.E. CX, a Snugtop CabHi or Leer 100R, all with sliding drop down window and headliner for $1075 or a Leer 100XR w/the same options for $1225. I've been looking at all the pictures posted, and would be happy with either of the three. What would be the best option in your opinions considering the three brands at the same price?
