Looks good. Now black out the badges and get some vinyl letters for the Tacoma on the tailgate.

I'm working on a project that I could use just a little help on. What I'm looking for are toppers that have any kind of rail system on top and what the measurements are from left to right (bolt or track center to center) and how long said track is. Thanks in advance.

I know I'm not really answering your question here, but I'll share what I did. I bought a Leer topper that didn't have tracks. I then went and bought the Yakima tracks that are like 60". Those were too long. But Yakima told me that I can cut them down to fit. So I cut them just to the inside of the hole(s) that are used to mount it to the cap. They were probably around 48". Went it came to mounting those to the cap, I visually aligned these with the rubber channel on the cab where the OEM cab bars mount. Then I measured from the top of the window frame on the side of the topper to the track (because there is nothing else to measure to for alignment). I don't believe toppers are square/rectangular, they seem to have a slight angle to them. That worked out great for me.

I now have an A.R.E. topper that has tracks from the factory. When I get a chance, I can go measure those for you. Just wanted to chime in with what info I do have.

Before I can post a pic of the new rig + shell I have a question I can't seem to find answered in the forums...
Specifically for a DCLB, does it make more sense to get the roof rack on the shell or the truck?
The stock roof rack for a double cab 17' Taco is $400 which seems really pricey for what it is. I'm pretty sure it would be cheaper to get a shell with roof bars to mount a Yakima or Thule box but that puts the shell really far back on the truck and it looks really weird. That's what 90% of the shell + roof box I see around town are like though so there's probably a real benefit to getting the roof rack on the shell only.
The only advantage I see about using the truck's roof rack is a more centered box and maybe just enough clearance to get a taller shell (Leer 180 or similar) to fit under the tail end box with slightly better aerodynamics around the whole thing.
    What am I missing here?

I've got a shell with a Prinsu Cab Rack and I plan on getting the rack that goes on the shell as well to complete the look

They just taped around the windows. I sold that cap and bought an A.R.E. Z-series that I also had color matched. But this one I took to a friend who does auto paint jobs. He charged me more. But they removed all the hardware and did a better job. Paid $400 this time.

Not answering all of your questions.
I can step/stand on the tires to get to the box mounted on my cap.

I established a centerlineusing the ditches on the cab and measured equal distant off of that. Masking tape and felt marker are your friends for this. Put down the tape and mark your centerline on the tape. I cut 54" tracks down to 50" for my 6'topper.
