Looks cool. Is this a 26" height shell?

airbags did the trick for me too. Ive had them on for 5 or 6 years now with zero complaints. I have the compressor mounted under the hood and the controls mounted in the center console with the pressure gauge.

Any pics of how you utilize it? Camp/sleep set up?
If you ordered it new is there a reason you went without a rack on top?

Here is my 17 SR5 AC with a new Leer 180 on it. I think the color match they do is as close to perfect as can be had. I waxed the topper today after waiting the required amount of time. The quality of the paint on the topper was outstanding as well as the color match. I am happy with my purchase.IMG_0044.jpg

Got any straight side shots? Is that shell designed for a regular cab? I found one for a regular cab but I'm not sure I can live with the gap at the top.

+1 for airbags. I got firestone ride rights with daystar cradles. If you get the cradles, you will need to mcgyver up some sort of support as the weight over your rear axle will bend the little metal plate holding it to your leaf pack. I tow a 18.5' tent trailer when camping with the family with box of truck 1/2 filled with gear. On expeditions or camping alone, I have an 125lbs RTT, foxwing awning, and box 3/4 filled with gear. So lots of weight most of the time. Airbags have kept the ride level AND noticed a huge improvement in ride quality with them. Air lines routed to front passenger side of box where my compressor is. Just don't forget to deflate them when not loaded otherwise there will be some serious spring to your box going over bumps...which can be fun sometimes =D.

No pics yet. Went no rack because I'm building a ladder rack style rack that sits in the bed rails and wraps
No pics of the inside right now. Went no rack because I'm building a ladder rack style rack that mounts to the bed rails and wraps the shell.

I actually lived in San Angelo "way back when" (1969-70) while in the AF. I got some training there -- very nice town and residents!
