Home Depot or Lowes has it. It's basically bubblewrap, but works well for me.

I used some industrial strength velcro from Amazon. Cut to thin strips and placed around the edge of the frame, and matched on the reflectix. I also cut the reflectix to fit just inside the outer edge of the frame. I dont have the windoors tho so this may be completely useless to your setup. It came out perfectly fit, with an exacto.

    Yep.
Caps with the solid side windows, are they painted, vinyl, tint, solid or what? Is it removable?

After about 8 months of searching, I'm finally picking up a used cap for the RC next week. I'll be sanding and repainting it along with changing out the passenger windoor for one with a slider for the dogs but, I'm not sure about the driver side windoor.

Too good of a deal to pass up at $500, so I'm pretty comfortable with dumping some more funds into it to get it to where it needs to be.

No, I didn't think of that idea. I will very rarely take it down anyway, so I'm not sure I will need to do that, but it's a good idea nonetheless.

Do you haul anything on top with the bars? I have a shell with Yakima bars and cant decide if i wanna leave em or not. Thought about mounting a basket on em but dont know what for.

The bars that are mounted to tracks like that are really quick to remove and install. I usually leave mine off, and then just throw them on when I’m hauling stuff. Takes less than 5 minutes.

    So stock.
I actually just bought them off another TW member, so I haven’t used them yet. They’ll primarily be for a Rocketbox I have and potentially an awning in the future. It’ll also be nice to have another bike carrying option with some fork mount trays. They are super slick to remove so I’ll just pull them off when not in use.

Curious if I can change the side windows out for storage like on the contractor series shells?

My dealer installed the USB wiring harness this way:

Does your harness go under the shell and through one of the bed rail openings to get to the left brake light wiring?

Edit: Also looks like your dealer put a lot of RTV sealant at the tail end?

I wasn't watching the install, so I'm not sure precisely how it routes, but he did run both the USB brick and the dome light all the way to the battery. I was pleasantly surprised - figured they'd tap into the brake lights and I'd have to rewire when I get my second battery in, but they went the whole way.

Yes, he did. Not sure how I feel about that yet. There is a lot of excess, but it makes for a good seal with the tailgate closed.

Yeah I drove like an hour away to get to this dealer - much better reviews than the guys down the street from me - and I was not disappointed.

How’s it holding up to the weather? Any significant leaking?
