Awesome set up! I also have an ARE MX Series. I got the factory rails when I bought it, and I've got the Thule fit kit and rapid podium pack to fit. I had ordered the 60" Areoblades, but they won't adjust in enough to fit the width of the factory rails with the podium pack. Every time I've called Thule to ask about fit help, I've gotten different people with different answers. One lady said just hopping down to 53" will work, another said I'd have to go all the way down to 43". SO-- just wondering what length Aeroblades you have to fit on the podium pack with the factory rails on your ARE??

Im slightly confused here. The rails, fit kit and bars are all from ARE/yakima. The length of the bars doesnt change the thickness. 48/70” bars will both measure the same in width thickness.... if your bars dont fit into the mounts (attached to your rails) there could be a brand issue, yakima aero blades may be slightly diffrent than the thule mounts.
With that being said you also have the jetstream bars, and corebars. Look similar but different dimensions. I have the large bars. 70” i believe

Anyone with Windoors found a good way to keep the gasket from sticking to the frame? I've tried silicone numerous times but it doesn't seem to help much.
If I don't open it for a few days -- especially in hot weather -- it becomes pretty difficult to open.

Caps + Tacos have always been a good mix. I do wish the Tacoma would have stayed a little smaller though, look how much these things have grown! Not to mention I'm probably close to 2' longer with 4dr, both running long beds.

If you give any LEER dealer worth his salt the serial number on the plate riveted inside your cap, he should be able to look it up, or you may be able to contact LEER directly.

I bought a used LEER from a private party and needed some parts for repair. Took it to a dealer, he plugged in the serial #, and discovered he actually ordered and sold this unit to the first of two previous owners.

There are some FAQs too. http://www.leer.com/faq

    Example:
What is the weight capacity of my LEER factory installed Thule Roof Rack System?

When factory-installed on a LEER Model 100XQ, 100XL, 100XR, 100R, 100RCC, 180, 180CC, or 122, the Thule AeroBlade and Tracker II Roof Rack systems have a maximum load capacity of 165 lbs. There are other critical factors when safely carrying and securing loads to your roof rack and dash - always refer to the owner's manual provided with your Thule roof rack prior to use.

On this note, there have been discussion on dynamic (driving, moving, turning, bouncing, etc.) vs static (parked) load limits on these, and that can get a little complicated.

    Anyway, there are ways. http://www.leer.com/contact-form

I really dig the flag in your back windows. Did you make that/have it made or find it online somewhere?

Had it made. A guy here in Houston did it for me. Have them on both side. I like it because it does not stand out so much

But I really like yours. I'm half tempted to pull mine and replace them with the flag in the windows...
