Super expensive and probably not worth it. Talk to the ARE dealer.

My ARE Z-series is at the dealer on the rack awaiting me to get there. I silicone sealed my bedrails and front rail (and the gaps on its end) only last night. The silicone is not drying fast enough and I'm not going to have it mounted until the silicone is dry and firm. How do you speed up the drying process? Heat? It's only 57 here.

I tell you what I did. I messed up. I used a latex-based sealant and the manufacturer, DAP, said that it will take 7-14 days to cure. I've got heat on it right now trying to speed it up. It will get firm. Eventually. I built up the front rail to side rail cover gap knowing that the gasket on the cap would compress it. This MAY turn out okay in the long run. Being surface dry but pliant inside it may conform to the cap gasket better. We shall see. New at 10...like, tomorrow morning 10. Along with pics of the new cap then.

I'm sure it'll be fine. If not, the install process is a very, very simple procedure. I used to install these years ago. You used to have to adjust them forward and back, side to side, to get them to fit perfect. Will the way these mount on our trucks, it pretty much can only go on one way & in one place. Removal & re-installation in the future will be no big issue.

It is on the older models. It’s fake on the newer ones because of leaks I believe.

It's alive...It's ALIVE!! Just got it installed. ARE Z-series. Surprisingly, there are no gaps at the bottom sides of the rear window above the tailgate. There is a very unique-shaped piece of rubber moulding that fills in the gap I have seen illustrated in other pictures on here. It is a separate piece somewhat in the shape of a beaver's tail. We shall see if it is effective in sealing out the rain. I won't be sleeping in there though. Included here, pics of my cab bunk arrangement. This, a start. Custom size memory foam mattress on the way, be here after Christmas.

What bags are those on the left in the middle with the flag and how did you attach them? And how did you attach your Pelican case to the back rail?

Pm the OP, I’m sure he would tell you. Or google roof top rod holder. I think it’s called a rod vault.
