    I feel for you.
But you gotta do your research man. I looked at a hundred pictures before I put my $1000 deposit down. Read the forums. Looked at every picture I could find with a 3rd gen shell.
You're telling me you didn't look at 1 picture of that shell on a truck before giving them cash?

I looked at 100s of pics and even asked the guy who I built it with about the edge trim and he told me it’d match up paint to paint. I paid with CC so maybe I could cancel the funds. What do I tel the bank about the transaction? That they tried to sell me something other than advertised?

    That's a shitty deal.

Tell them (CC company) exactly that. You shouldn't have an issue if you lay it out exactly how it went down - CC should cover you, since it's their money you used, not yours. Debit card... different story; a lot harder to fight.

I'm jealous of all you dudes who are finding caps used. I ordered an ARE CX yesterday with driver and passengers side windoors, and sliding fold down glass. I'm already impatient.

I hawked craigslist for one for quite some time (16-24 months), but couldn’t find the right one. By that time I was able to save up for something I really wanted. But kudos for the guys getting those really great deals on used ones.

Sorry for the dark pictures as i just took these after getting back. Just picked up this mint Snugtop off fb marketplace and I'm so happy how it looks/fits. Been hunting for one for about 2 weeks and snatch this as soon as it was posted.

You’re probably correct. I don’t see many SnugTops out here in Texas.
