Yeah thats what I was thinking id have to do which shouldn't be to hard to pull them plus then I can tint them at the same time. Thanks for the suggestion. I figured either 3M spray or the indoor/outdoor adhesive but that one probably wont be as easy

But it's not that hard to pull most topper windows out. The window frames are usually just 2 metal frames sandwiched around the fiberglass. Just pull the screws out on the inside to split them apart.

Flip it upside down in the grass to do the carpet.

You already have the carpet, but I’d be willing to rattlecan bedliner it before I attempted to stick carpet. Just me.

Not a bad idea I was wondering how well it would stick to the exposed fiberglass of the shell. could provide extra strength and insulation also.

I've only had the shell for a week or so, but so far so good. I love having the windoor for sure, and that's already come in handy. I got the sliding windows so I can throw the dog in the back when we go camping.

Sometimes that’s just the way it is...lol you pay for something the way you want it. I don’t think I would’ve found a 100xr for my short bed with vented windoors , carpeted, Thule tracks and front removable Window in Craigslist, FB Market or TW for sale forum.

The reason for carpet is to reduce condensation, as well as insulate. Bedliner won't help with condensation.

    Sadly, not much.
I carpeted my last Leer camper after my first night sleeping in it. The condensation was worse than if I had just slept outside. I purchased some outdoor carpet from Home Depot, a spreadable adhesive, and a carpet knife. I removed the canopy, flipped upside down and laid in grass.
I did not remove the windows, this would have helped. I got 95% of the job done to my satisfaction, but the details were less than professional (I.e. under the windows, corners, bottom edge).

Ultimately, for $50, so worth it. Helped insulate, eliminate condensation, and reduce glare as a driver ( I went with brown carpeting vs white fiberglass).

ARE CX Classic.....Sliding/tip down rear window, rope lights and interior light, carpeted interior and sliding side windows. $1860 plus tax.

I don't like that the interior lights are hooked to the bed lights and the only way to get them on is flip the switch in the cab or leave a door open. That won't fly...

I have a Thule rack that's been on a fdew of my trucks so I need to order their artificial rain gutters (part 542) and mount them.

How long did it take to get your ARE topper? I ordered mine 4 weeks ago.

Maybe Mine will be late this week. My dealer told me they were shut down. I emailed ARE: they told me 4 to 6 weeks. I was worried Covid-19 threw a wrench into the works.

Bit of a hiccup as Leer installed the rails on the wrong sides, but I finally got the topper and rack on.

Snugtop Rebel finally installed amid COVID! Before and after on an access cab - built a sleeping/storage platform and already loving my rolling camp for hunting/fishing trips.

    Rhino rails and bars too.

Hey bros would an older leer 6’ cap fit my 2019 okay ? I found a decent deal on a used one from a dealership, someone didn’t want it with there access cab tacoma. I’m just got not sure of model it’s got screens and sliders and led light in back. I think the dealer just can find sticker.

Negative. 3rd gens have taller bedsides than 2nd gen trucks. The top of the shell would sit high. Also, the tailgate is different, not sure the back glass would sit or seal correctly.
