Just picked it up. Probably going to have it wrapped black OR find someone to trade me a black one!

Your pics really help me out a lot! I basically have the same truck but in super white. I am thinking of getting the same topper and rack, but I think I may pass on the top rack and only get the cab rack. What are you planning on putting on the racks?

I saved your photo and shopped out the top rack just to see what it'd look like hah. :)

I like my Snugtop GB Sport. Looks great and the Sportsman model can hold 500#. It's really low profile though and I wish it were higher.

Picked up this used Leer for $400. It appears to be a radiant red model, but is a close enough match to my Barcelona red model. It was also on an AC model, so the front tilts forward just a bit more. I had to make one stop on the way home, as the upper portion of the rubber gasket on the shell was rubbing against my cab. I've got some parts on order, as the previous owner didn't have the keys any more, plus it needs more weatherstripping and I need to wire up the brake light, along with a new dome light. I'm not quite sure what model it is, but I did email Leer with the serial number to see if they get back to me with some info.

For practical use yes... Aesthetically your topper looks great! And matches well with the look of the Tacoma.

20210519_201619.jpghad my topper for over a year now and still love it. Installed new struts as the old ones were losing pressure and I would have to help it up in cold weather. Not. Problem anymore. Weather resistance is good my gear doesn't get wet.

Yeah. Love the look. I think one of the Leer hi rise tops with windoors with be more functional for me. I've thought of trying to make windoors for the GB sport.

Those sliding/vented windoors look so much better than the Leer version.

I don’t have any rack recommendations but I can recommend using the Sherpa adjustable mounting feet. Most roof racks come with static mounting hardware that lines up perfectly with their specific product. Sherpas adjustable mounting feet will give you about an inch of play which may give you +/- 0.5 inches either up or down. Best of luck!

I just got my camper shell installed yesterday. It really changed the look of this truck. Snugtop Rebel. Really like the fit to the bed but concern about the right latch. I have to slam the glass door to close it properly.

You can move the shell on the bed rails back just a little bit - that would allow the door to close easier.

Not too much - an 1/8" or so.

The latch bar (what the latch grabs inside the topper) is adjustable. You should be able to move it to a position where the latch can grab it easier.

When did you order it? I ordered one on March 29 and it still hasn't shown up. I am losing patience. Thanks for posting yours though, I got the same windoors and have been anxious to see if they look better than the Leer ones. Happy to see they do!
