I know the correct way to fix this is to upgrade my leaf pack but until then I was wondering if anyone had combined a little lift block with an Icon 3 leaf AAL to level out after adding some weight to the back. It isn't AWFUL but not a fan of the lean to the rear. With the canopy, awning and rack it sits at 38 1/2 rear and 38 1/4 front to fenders, but with the tent it drops a little more.

Yep, that is exactly what I did to my set up. Mine was still sagging after I installed the Icon AAL so I purchased the Headstrong Offroad 1/2” shim and my truck is now perfectly level even when loaded down.

Here’s a pic of my setup:

I’m going to do the full RXT pack when I have the money down the road.

Perfect, thank you so much. I think I want to do a 1 inch but I'm pretty sure I would have to get longer u-bolts.... again.

Did you need the longer center pins?

    No problem!

I installed the longer center pins just to be safe because I didn’t have to re-do it. So I’m not sure if it would work without them, to be honest.

After two years of searching, I finally found a shell for my truck. Its got everything I wanted, sliding windows with screens, drop down cab window, and carpet inside. I'm very happy with my $600 facebook marketplace find!

Beautiful truck! What a steal on the price of that shell.

I know, I was willing to pay way more for one. He was a super nice guy, and his wife just bought the truck it came on, and wanted a bed rack for kayaks instead. I am a very happy man.

I got some of the stuff and a road map for the rest...
I added a solar panel and ladder rack to my shell. The ladder rack is through bolted to unistrut on the inside to help disperse the load and stiffen the topper. It is very solid. The unistrut runs from front to back...currently only holds a 12v fan inside.

The solar panel is situated so I can add a second someday.

Anyone have a leer 180 on a 3rd gen short bed in magnetic gray metallic color? Looked through a lot of pages trying to find a picture or 2 and nothing. If you've got one post some pics for me. Thank you.

Picked up this Leer the other day and putting it to use right now. This is my third shell since I’ve had the truck so I’m hoping it keep this one. PO did a cheap paint job. Looks good for now but I’d like to color match eventually. Planning on carpeting the inside, replacing the window hinges and struts. Already wired up a third brake light.

Recently ordered and had installed a Caravan Camper Shell. It's on the heavy side, but so far seems to be durable and well made.

Absolutely love my shell! Though, I will admit, I kind of miss having all that flat surface area to put stuff on top of where my hard tonneau cover use to be. lol
