Do both :anonymous: I really want to do the tune but I just moved and can't justify spending that much right now. But..... these hills in Montana are still rough with 488s. Definitely helps but still slow up hills. Or just scream in high rpms.

Both will eventually happen. But the mod budget only allows for 1 or the other right now. I live in the valley which is mostly flat so gearing is bareable. But the throttle response/shifting/etc need a big improvement... which is why I'll prob get OV's tune first. Just waiting for them to come back in stock and the new revisions to be released.

Not sure if I've updated yet but I no longer rub on the cab mount. Fix is DONT RUN WHEEL SPACERS with aftermarket offset wheels. I only rub the top of the fender well when fully stuffed but that only happens in go fast situations and big dips or bumps. Sounds terrible when it happens and leaves a shiny spot up in there. This advice is for those with 35s. I'm sure you can get away with not rubbing on smaller tires and wheel spacers

    Well that's no fun..
My rubbing is gone after I got a new allignemnt. They pushed the caster up as much as possible. All good now:)
What is the offset of your wheels?

Will be coming soon! But I wont be using beefy tires like you guys. I'll probably get Falken AT3, Rubitrek, or KO2.

    37s or nah?

    IMG_5210.jpg

I'm seriously considering this after these 3 things...

    1. OV tune
    2. Regear to 4.88
    3. 35s go bald

If y'all were wondering. I bought extra matching wheels for spares and had 3x 37x12.5r17 MTRs from my offroad trailer, so I said why not? Lol

Looks dope but can probably only go in a straight line avoiding all pebbles.

Although they look sweet..I think it's a TAD too big. Looking at it from this angle, doesn't look like you'd be able to stuff the front tire at all before major rubbing?

Yea without cutting, but if I went that route I'll be doing a lot of cutting so I can actually go offroad with it

Would need a lot more than cutting. Cab mount relocation and lots of pounding also.
