Yep. I haven’t limited my travel with 35’s or 37’s.

Granted I limited my turning radius with 37’s but that’s it.

I’m guessing you’re not set up as a long travel.

Yeah didn’t see his set up before. I’m mesmerized though. I’ve seen 35s with lt and they did rub with full compression. So not sure how this is possible unless it’s really chopped hard fenders aprons etc. not saying it’s not possible but several shops I spoke with all said you’d have to limit up travel with 35s. I’m sure there are different set ups I gues total chaos is different in this respect

    Haha thanks!

    Slightly. ;)

35’s weren’t bad at all. Just a max cmc, hammer the pinch weld, and get it aligned. Mine might have rubbed sometimes in reverse full lock. But that’s it.

I didn’t touch my uptravel and at full stuff they’d just barely touch the upper fenderwell. Wasn’t a big deal so I left it.

Back when I had 35’s I didn’t cut a whole lot. Removed fender liners, cut fenders and flares, cmc, hammered pinch weld and that’s it. If I remember I had 35’s without long travel too.

After months I finished the driver side fender trim and Fendx liner install today. This job was a pain in the ass and took way too long but I like the results. The pass side will be much faster. I have room to trim more of the plastic guard if I want/have too. I made new liner tabs when I cut the sheet metal and used Riv-Nuts as a base for the screws holding in the liner. I also drilled thru the plastic fender guards and mounted them to the sheet metal because I hate those plastic tabs with a passion. I just used ny-locks for the screws thru the fender guards.

I trimmed/shaved the foam insert behind the fender and used a heat gun to melt it back to a smooth surface. I also used the heat gun to heat form the fendx liners in a few spots.

The arch on the upper right hand corner is a little fat so i may trim that back some in a few weeks when I start on the Pass side. Still on the fence if I am going to do the backs so it all matches but going with the screws thru the guards may have cemented that decision...

I messed up on two linner tabs. I should have cut one more out one the very end of both sides. I will do so on the pass side.
