Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
Yup. Ruger SR22PB. Picked it up Saturday. Had it out a little yesterday. Eats Walmart bulk 550 Federal just fine (approx 200rds). Also ran some CCI Blazer (50) with no issues. Had 2 FTFeeds with Winchester SuperX 38gr out of about 60. I Have several others to try yet, including Federal Auto Match which my 10/22 just loves, and some other odds and ends I have cached. I'm confident that the FTFs were the SuperX's fault as it runs very poorly in my 10/22 as well. Will try again on next outing.

Very pleased so far. Well balanced, lightweight, decent trigger and feels great in my hand with the longer mag bases and larger grip. Seems to shoot fairly well, though I must admit I'm a bit rusty due to lack of practice. This gun is going to get shot...a lot. :)

From my understanding PSA is 100% milspec on their uppers and the barrels are sourced from FN. I don't know if you have a HF barrel or a regular one, but I don't see anything being gained besides maybe asthetics with going with another brand.

I love my wife's P238 to the point that I may get one for myself. It will either be that or an LCR. She doesn't carry hers anymore because I stuck her with my revolver for her CCW. I just want her to pull the trigger when she needs it, not fumble with the slide or any crap like that. Me on the other hand...

nice! i’m going to look at them some more. i’m going to see if there is a rang i can rent and shoot some wear close. idk of any indoor or even out door that you can rent a gun. but will look and see than go shoot some guns. i’m also going to look at a Glock 27 witch is the baby .40. mostly because we have .40 and i know how Glock functions very well. i shoot the 22 witch is the full size .40 allot. also will look at the G33 subcompact .357 i have shot the G31 full size .357

Make sure you shoot one first, personally I hate the short grip Glock's even with the mag extender/pinkie finger thing, but I also have big hands. Still a great gun nonetheless.

Looking through this thread makes me sad, all I have are a few .22 rifles, a few shotguns, and the Glock. I can't wait to get some big boy toy's.

I don't have one but wouldn't mind one. What I really want is a nice M1 Garand, an AR, and a Springfield Arms XDM.45

I ordered a kydex/leather holster for my XD from Ebay. Its pretty much just like a crossbreed holster but only cost 37 bucks shipped.
