    ^ Nice. I used to have that exact gun. Loved it, but I traded it away like a fool.

    You need one of these. It gives the muzzle the slightest bit of weight and makes rapid firing a little easier (IMO). Plus, the factory plastic guide rods are prone to malfunction. The cap on the end can pop off. These guide rods are non-captive (no cap). I had the checkered-tip version and used DuraBake on it (just the very tip that is visible when the slide is forward...I wouldn't suggest coating the actual length of the rod, but you know that;)) to knock off the shine of the SS. Solid investment for that weapon.

    EDIT: BTW- the installation is a piece of cake. 2 minutes, tops.
