Outkast, what sights are on your Marlin? Looks like maybe the XS sights or Williams? How does the rear sight attach? Looks like they screw into the pre-drilled and tapped holes. I have a 336W, I see your post over on MarlinOwners.

Okay, I've looked at the Skinners before. Is the front a blade? Anyway you could put a close-up of that dovetail cover?

And your Ruger Scout rifle? :D

Here is a picture to stay on topic of a few of my long guns BUT to get off topic.. I am not on any gun forums and have a problem I need help with my Mauser the time before last was shooting amazing as always them last time I went out I could not hit anything after looking close the front sight is kicked off to the side? I have been doing some research and it seems the sight is soldered on? Is this correct? If so my guess is after I shot it last the sight was rested against something in the truck while on the way home and since it was hot it was soft and allowed it to move? If anyone has any idea of my thoughts could be correct and above all bow I could fix the issue that would be great!

Here's the new configuration for my stainless Dan Wesson 357. The new barrel is an EWKarms 2.5" EH (extra heavy).

This is the same gun but with the factory 10" barrel and full size grips. Dan Wessons are like tinker toys for grown ups. :)

Hey you Glock boys I need some input from ya anyone running the grip force adaptor... I got to put some rounds down range with one that had it... I don't know if it's me but its a different and more ergonomic feel than the factory back strap... Which is why I'm really thinking of a glock now haha... I love the fact you can really get the web of your hand really high up... Kind of like a 1911ish...

Think my next one is going to be a Man with No Name Cimarron Colt replica with the snake in the grip. Loved those movies since I was a kid.

I also want a Model Seven in 308 though, and to build a BLK upper, and build up an 870...too many wants.

Never understood why someone would want a rifle sized weapon that shoots pistol bullets. My buddy has one suppressed and SBR'd and I can understand that, but shooting one with a 16" barrel seems kind of pointless to me. Especially for the money those things command.

What about a lever actions?!?!? In a survival situation it would be nice to have 2 or 3 different types of weapons that chamber the same round.

    :)
Edit: it's early I hope that made since.

I believe lever actions are exactly what he's commenting on, saying he can't understand why someone would buy a rifle that chambers a pistol round. Personally, I love lever actions and will likely buy one for my next firearm unless I stumble across a good deal on a higher caliber pistol.
