You can have folding stock in ca as long as the oal meets the requirement, 30" or up. Now if your rifle folds and the oal is under 30" it's an assault rifle.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.

i too have moved my more expensive ammo into the safe. problem is room, i need to get another one, but i would like a matching one. So its looking like i need two and get rid of mine..

yea, on second thought i never want to move that thing again (has to be well over 450-500 lbs) my 600lb rated dolly shit a brick moving it the last time.

^ also, when i bought it we layed it on a moving blanket in the bed of the truck (double cab 2012 then) and had to leave the gate down.. and of course i had no strap with me.

Came to the intersection on a hill and stopped at the light. took off gently and it slid off the back like a greased up deaf guy.

luckily within 45 second 5 other guys showed up out of nowhere to help me lift it back in the truck!

    That. Sounds. Awesome.

Be careful if you do that and it's not on a concrete slab on grade.

I wont make it too heavy, just to store my guns and ammo. Simple steel fortifying of the door and door jam, dead bolt, and some cool LED lighting.

Me... Kinda... My safe sits in my closet. It requires a few of things to be moves to get my safe in and out...

Just buy a safe as big as the closet. Then cut the threshold away from the closet then insert safe. Bolt it down and then re dry wall and re do the trim... That's what I wanted to do...

My dad has a friend that built a safe room onto the back of his closet. move the clothes over and there is a steel door in the back of the closet that opens to a safe. the walls are built out of cement filled cinder blocks.

Holy fuck I'm sold. Definitely need to put off other purchases and start saving my shekels. That upper with a folding UBR stock and a Seekins or AXTS lower.

what you explained is what my plan was...

    closet measured like 46 inside,

    bought a safe to fit

closet was actually only lik 45 inside... dope..

should have drank more beer first! I bolted mine to the cement floor in the basement. when i move i will be buying another, it is tooo heavy to take out.

Using an 8.5" barrel on the new 300 BLK finally makes it feel "short" with a can on. Can't wait to get it to the range with the subs I worked up this week.

I have the perfect closet for this, surrounded on 3 sides by brick, just need to fortify the front which is easily done...

I rent so I cant really cut anything, only reinforce. When I have my own house, I will have a legit armory room, with pupil scanning machines and self-opening drawers that open when you walk in. Then a machine automatically suits you up in your gear and you just walk around like "hmm, what gun do I want to kick ass with today".

A chute will then open up under my feet and i conveniently drop into my truck and go blasting out of my underground 20 car garage/workshop.

I hink this is prfectly reasonable :) id be glad to help you build it someday too. All you have to add is a coller full of your beverage of choice cause at that point all bets are off might as well enjoy it :)
