Here's a picture of my 10/22 (purchased in 2012 in Dundee, MI) with a Butler Creek 25 rounder, the worst magazine I've ever owned. Found some Ruger BX-25 mags at a Cabelas in Grandville, MI a few days later. Was shooting red squirrels all over my grandmother's farm in Mason County, MI and had to go back to the factory 10 rounders because this Butler Creek mag was such garbage.

I just couldn't place the name, had to ask a friend what it was called (he showed me the gun originally). Did you make it in 9x39 like the VSS or a different caliber?

No, I left it in 7.62x39. The original 9x39 ammo is impossible to find around here, so as a custom barrel in that caliber. The mag adapter that you see on there let's you use 7.62 AR/XCR mags.

Hello my friends. I was wanting to get you're opinion on this weapon. I would be using it for mainly target practice and just all around sporting carbine. I personally like the fact that it shoots 9mm and It would fit under my back seat when in transport. And if I'm honest... I like the looks.

Anyone have any experience with this weapon that you wouldn't mind sharing before I drop a grand or so on it?

    Thanks in advance.

Put a new scope on my 700 last weekend, and finally got a chance to get it sighted in this weekend.

I enjoy shooting it...mine is .40 and I paid way less than a grand with 8 or 9 mags...they are definitely fun, but it's still a pistol round...I haven't shot mine in quite some time just because of ammo costs

Looks like it would be a fun gun but for that price I'd rather build an AR pistol, just as compact as this and still long range. That's me though.

That's the MSRP. I haven't actually tried to find one yet but I am interested in the 9mm. Where we get our uniforms and equipment for the FD can get whatever firearm I want for a little better price. I was hoping someone had some experience with it before I made the purchase. I've read all the reviews and have yet to find a bad one.

I want to pick up an old Marlin Camp 9 carbine. Mostly because it takes the same mags as my S&W 5906, and since it's 9MM nearly all of my pistol ammo will feed thru it, in case of SHTF or TEOTWAWKI (I know, I know, go ahead and poke fun, but I consider that sort of thing when I'm looking to buy a gun). I've already got a bunch of spare mags for my 5906, so that translates to fewer spare parts I'd have to keep lying around.

But I'd also want to pick up an old Camp 9 because it's just plain fun to shoot. I ran a few mags thru one that a friend's father has, and it was a blast. But he told me under no uncertain terms that he was unwilling to sell it :(
So I've been keeping an eye out for one in the local gun rag, but the only ones that have popped up have either been WAY overpriced or gone when I've called.

I like the Keltec Sub2k carbine I sold mine only because i wanted the 9mm variant. plus glock mags are super cheap and can be found anywhere(although you can get it setup for different mags)

and its cool it folds in half i almost cut a small hole in the glove box of my 85 ford f150 so i could stick it in there and shut the glove box with the rifle folded lol

I thought about getting one of those just wasn't sure about the Keltec reliability.

    I have both

I like the Glock mag feature...but the beretta is so much nicer to hold handle and shoot

The keltec works fine...even with Korean mags...but it's a Keltec so it's rough around the edges...if I had to choose 1 to keep I'd have a hard time deciding...because they both have their pros...
