Funny - I just did my first gun yesterday. Stippled the back & front of my shield.

I don't understand why people pay for the simple jobs like this. It's too easy to do at home. It's a hell of an upgrade for any firearm.

I would like to do my grips for my p229, they could sure use a nice rough texture

Yea, I had a 220 for years. The factory plastic leaves a lot to be desired. Just keep the heat relatively low on the soldering iron. Don't want to burn all the way through. It helps to trace your pattern with a pencil and do the outline first.

Still the 649 is a wonder piece and that 640 Pro even better. I will get me one soon when the right deal comes along.

How do you like the Steyr? It's one of the more obscure modern polymer pistols, and the sights are pretty cool!

also nice job with the stippling!

I love it. It is the most controllable pistols I've ever shot. Definitely underrated. I plan on getting the carry model someday. Carrying the full size is a bit tricky.

    Thank you!

Man I bet! My little brother has a 223 Tavor. Couldnt tell you the model but Ive shot it and its a lot of fun! Its nice having a bullpup! All the advantages of a SBR but still a full length rifle

A buddy of mine has a dp-12 and that thing is insane too

Exactly! My barrel is 17". The balance on these guns are unbelievable! I can shoot with one hand. Theres plenty of guns out there thats great, but in my opinion IWI designed this thing to perfection! DP-12 was actually next on my list lol. I never shot it but ive seen videos and im amazed by it! I can imagine shooting it.

Yea IWI definitely did it right with the Tavor. The DP-12 is super cool but I've never shot it. Its really a home defense gun more than anything. Cant really take that thing dove hunting
