Yes it is. I think it kicks a little more than the full size Garand.

I'm with you, but I got the tanker on such a good deal I couldn't pass it up. I will say I think my dad's Enfield in .303 is one of the hardest kicking rifles I've ever shot.

Yeah, pretty much anything gas operated is going to feel soft compared to a bolt action.

Ok the 50 cals aren't mine personally but they have my name on them so it counts..

The Tubb rifle is mine in a .308 and the glock 36 is mine. I also have a 243 that was my first rifle and I shot my first and last deer with.. then theres always this one... Dillon M134 mini gun

I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
    Got a new AK
    You know, before the elections.

Awesome action shot, bolt fully to the rear.

Actually its a McMillan Tac 50, we pretty much make the parts that robar uses for their 50s and our machine shop is just down the street from them. I don't work for Dillon Aero but we make about 80% of the mini gun parts for them.. they are also just down the street lol.

Between the two, get the AK, no doubt.

In fact, don't even look at the BM Carbon...it's junk, IMO. When you do get an AR, get one with a standard forged aluminum receiver.

I got it at the local gunstore here in Texas, Champion Firearms. Paid $399+tax.
It's a Romanian WASR-10. They had a more expensive and higher quality AK made in Bulgaria, I believe, and wanted $700 for it.

I'm going to send the rifle in after the elections to Rifle Dynamics and have Jim Fuller work on it. It'll be $350. I figured I'd get a better rifle (he does great work on AKs) for a little less than $800, which is what I would have paid for the Bulgarian AK.
