Well I was under the impression that Coca Cola donated money to gun control lobbiests but after questioning the Oracle (google) I haven't found anything about that. Statement withdrawn.

How is that a rip off? Every AR-15 I've come across here in CA is usually over $1K. Please elaborate.

    1) its a del-ton (which i wouldn't pay over $400 for)
    2) for $800, you can build a top quality rifle by LMT, Spike's, BCM, etc
    3) just cause its cali, doesn't mean you have to spend like your state does. now i don't know all the restrictions you guys have, but the only part that is considered a rifle is the lower, which you can get, even in cali, for under $150
So (cheap route): $150 for high quality lower, $90 for LPK+m4 stock kit, $400 for BCM upper, $140 for BCM BCG. You are now at $780 with a rifle that's been proven in carbine classes and the battlefield that will last you longer and give you less problems than that delton.
Here's an even cheaper route: $70 Spike's cosmetic blem lower @ AIM, $90 for LPK+m4 stock kit @ PSA, $565.25 LMT complete upper from weapon outfitters (with arfcom coupon). You are now at $725 and have the same rifle that many of our armed forces use.

There is a del-ton in a local shop here for $500 and it hasn't sold for over a year. People on arfcom have inspected them and most are not even in spec.

But, its your money and just my jack-ass opinion. Just wanted you to be informed.

The lower is a spikes tactical with engraving done by them. The "Never Forget" ejection port cover is also from spikes tactical, its not on there website so you just have to ask for it.

That is a nice ass AR man. Just out of curiosity... do you like the angle grip much in front of the bi-pod a lot better than behind it? I have mine behind the bi-pod and haven't really found a better way to use the bi-pod while collapsed.

same thing with me bud.... thats why i keep it in front and just take the bipod after i shoot cuz it wont collapse or when it does it wont go all the way ... when im standing it feels a hell of a lot better with the AFG in the front.... and thats also the proper way as well.... i would prefer the bipod in the front to be honest but it has been doing me well in the back... but then again i do more bench rest shooting anyway so i should probably switch :D
