    The general rule around here is, 350 fps indoors and 400 fps outdoors + or - a few.

    Overbuilt daily driver
    My local field has a big urban facility built right in the middle of some woods, so outdoor fighting transitions to indoor fighting pretty seamlessly. That's why there aren't any specific "indoor" or "outdoor" fps limits, other than those for special weapons.
