Thanks, yes I did. The only difficult part was when I broke a tap drilling for the bullet guide, and the only scary part was cutting the tang for the Ace folding block.

Thanks - for rifles & pistols I usually go to a private range in central MO.

Nice - Draco, right? Bet it puts out quite a fireball.

No, sorry man. I'm not from around there. I've got a buddy who shoots a lot of F-class at St Louis Bench Rest, and one of my coworkers shoots over at Arnold some.

Thanks! Yeah, it's a '68 Draco-C SBR. It's one of my favorite guns (and definitely the most used). It does have quite the flash. The other rifle pictured is just a Saiga .223 I threw together for a guy I used to work with who ended up not paying me for it. I need pics of some of my other AKs. I have a Bulgy 74 and an AMD 65 that don't see much action. I'm also hoarding a Tula Krink parts kit I'm going to have assembled... I still need a barrel for it but the kit itself is mint and Krinks are my favorite guns ever (besides the VSS Vintorez, but I don't plan on moving to Russia any time soon for that one).

Yup, Krinks are sweet. I looked into one, but I don't trust myself to do a complete build and I can't justify the $$ it takes to have one built. I may end up doing a Form 1 on the Saiga, adding a draco-style sight block and cutting it down at some point.
